Our host communicated very well. The place is adorable and walking distance to many things. We would definitely come stay again.

Location was amazing and the little enclosed backyard and BBQ was a nice bonus. Had just enough space for us but we weren't there very much with so much close by. Great info ahead of time and easy check-in. Will be back!

We booked the Cowell Beach House for a last minute family beach trip. The booking and communication with the property owner was excellent. The owner was responsive and was able to accommodate our request for late check out so we could have more time at the beach before heading back to Sacramento. The house is a cute 2 bedroom duplex just a short walk from Cowells Beach. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.

Our host was amazing, super friendly and great communication, even gave us recommendations for places to go during our stay! The house is very cute and the neighborhood is super convenient. Will absolutely stay here again during our next visit

This is one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. The house is quaint, clean, comfortable, and in a great location for access to the amenities of town and coast. I will definitely rent again.

Great place to stay with our 1.5 year old. Close proximity to the dog beach which was wonderful as well as a very cute small park nearby which was big hit.

We liked our stay at the upstairs penthouse. It was a short walk to the dog beach. The morning view goes with your favorite coffee. We will come back next chance we get. If you're a party of two with a small pet. we definitely recommend.

This place was clean and just instantly felt like home and comfort. So close to the beach and everything you need.
